So nodata asked me to post a link to this game after seeing it at my house... Guess I'll go ahead and describe it to those that haven't seen it. You know all those chinese martial arts movies where the jump 100 feet into the air by only landing on a toe, or fly and yadda, yadda, yadda... Well if you've ever wanted to do that in an MMORPG, you're in luck. Hero Online is simply that. It's currently in open beta (free to play) with talk of eventually going to P2P (pay 2 play), but I wouldn't count on that. Ok, made a character on server 1. I'm 1st Dan, 1st Kyu and I've got some AWESOME gear (thank you random sugar daddy!  ). EDIT: Arrggh! I lost my rod (staff) upgraded with a diamond and a few other gems! Just as a warning to anyone else, do NOT close the blacksmith window while youre weapon/armor is still in it. You just lose it. I assumed it would throw it back in my inventory, but nope, just gone. |

Ok I'm lvl 31 now. I can sugar daddy anyone that needs leveling. Where have you been Seph? Get on! The game went live now (no more beta) but it's not pay to play. You can pay towards this thing called "Hero Tavern" where you can get some custom items and scrolls and stuff, but from what I understand the custom items are timed, so after the time runs out they disappear. And can't be sold/traded.
