Ok, so i moved in with my dad, it rocks.... and now here comes the problem. We have this Netgear router (it sucks, takes 2 minutes to load up ANY website at all). So we find another in one.... it works great, websites are fast again, games work..... and then it decides "To hell with the world, i'm leaving". So now it only works for about 20 seconds, and turns back off. (The router itself doesn't turn off, just my internet connection.... says inactivity or something around those lines.) So... any ideas on how to fix this? Because i really don't want to go back to the Netgear

Tried the first one, if i am using the router, i can not get on the internet to download it.... and i do not know how to install it in the first place

I'm sure the website has instructions for installing the firmware update. If anything, linksys's tech support is free.

If anything, linksys's tech support is free. Yeah... but they should pay the customers for having to go through that "tech support".
