I don't know how to make it smaller (Seph might), but if you avatar it, it should resize it automagically.
To make an avatar, goto PROFILE up at the top, then click MODIFY PROFILE, drop down to the AVATAR section and where it says AVATAR URL, put this in there:
http://http://img125.imageshack.us/img125/1646/flcl477oh0ak.gif
Set the width and height to 100 x 100.
Click MODIFY at the bottom of the page, and it should be done.

It had an 'X' at the top where the image should have been so I just made this one.

Using a large image that automatcally resizes will give you some distortion in the image, like in your current avy, I can resize it if you'd like while keeping the frames intact. Infact, I could also duplicate and reverse the frames at the end so she would look back to the left and it would cycle seemlessly. I also found a pic of Xiaoyu I thought you might really like, I thought it was hot.  And oh my god. Check out the pictures on the line of this page where it says "Mr  as Xiaoyu from Tekken 3" www.animejin.org.uk/minami5/masque.htmEdit: And since I was bored, here's your new avy.
