hey guys im with the UBCS clan (Umbrella biological countermesures service) and im trying to make a CT skin for my clant that admins would be alowed to give to us. now if anyone knows where to get a tutorial or are willing to work on thsi project with me please contact me at my email or in the server or something.

well i spent almost 3 hours trying to figure out wut im doing and i cant even find a tutorial so please help im desperate HAHAHA. no seriously my clans got an idea and admin if u know any1 capable of skinning please refer them to me ill pm that guy making the stars skins and see how he does it
