To build areas for Scarn, here are the directions on a new module that you have to follow: - Hak Pak order: Open your module, click on Edit, Module Properties, go to the Custom Content tab and put the haks in. To add a hak, click the drop down box below the hak list and click Add. Make sure the haks show up in the list in this order after they're all added:
- azrath_2dav1
- azrath_mainv1
- cep2_top_v21
- cep2_add_phenos5
- cep2_add_phenos4
- cep2_add_phenos3
- cep2_add_phenos2
- cep2_add_phenos1
- cep2_add_sb_v1
- cep2_add_tiles
- cep2_core6
- cep2_core5
- cep2_core4
- cep2_core3
- cep2_core2
- cep2_core1
- cep2_core0
- Custom TLK file: On the same Custom Content tab, set this to: azrath
- Create a NEW area: You can't use the default area that starts in the module because it'll have a resref of area001. We need a custom resref, so you'll be using your initials. Right click the word "Areas" on the left side, and select NEW. Name the area whatever you want, using your initials first. For example, my areas are named: cd_awesomearea1 Once your area is named and it opens in the toolset, feel free to right click the area in the list and change the name to whatever you want. Naming it with the first method just ensures it gets it's own custom resref.
- ANY custom items/creatures/placeable/whatever HAVE to have your initials as the resref/blueprint.
That's it! Send them to me when you're done, my email is here on the forums under my avatar.
